Slot Features I’d Keep, Fix or Scrap

Give me a bonus with progression and I’m hooked.

SCRAP: Animations That Take Longer Than the Win Was Worth

I’m probably going to upset somebody with this one. 😂

Can we PLEASE stop giving me a full Hollywood production for a tiny win?

If I bet $10 and win $12, I do not need the machine screaming BIG WIN!, shooting coins across the screen and playing music for 15 seconds.

You gave me two dollars. Let’s continue. 😂

Animations are amazing when something exciting actually happens. When I hit a great bonus or a genuinely big win, give me the lights, sounds and drama. I LOVE that part of slots.

But the constant interruptions kill the pace.

For players like me who enjoy getting into a rhythm, I’d rather have something like Blazing Buffalo. It has plenty going on—including free games, stacked wilds and respins—but the attraction is still the action happening on the reels.

So unnecessary celebration screens?

SCRAP THEM.

Let the BIG wins have the big celebration.

Out of all three, I’d fix clarity first.

Slot games are getting more creative, and I love that. But no matter how many features a game has, I still want to know what I’m chasing, what just happened and why I won.
